We only have one room available for only two guests. Very special arrangements maybe made to accommodate two additional guests. Please ask.

Daily Rate

Full payment do upon arrival.

$200 for two guests, includes room and gourmet country breakfast. Breakfast will be available at 9AM in the dinning room allowing you ample travel time to the festival grounds.

We are located approximately 5 miles from the festival site.

Transportation to and from the festival may be requested.

A special after concert patio social is  available each night 12AM to 2AM. Advanced reservations required.

Served family buffet: BBQ Ribs or Chicken, Ranch Beans, Salad, Chips and snacks.    Complimentary Wine   $25 per person

Check-in 2:00 PM / Check-out 12:00 PM Special considerations upon request. You may enjoy the living room, patios and pool area between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.  After festival patio social separate.

Because of the nature of music festivals, guests are reminded that you are staying in a private home and are requested to respect the privacy of all present and of neighbors. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and is subject to immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. You are responsible for any and all damages prior to check out.
